My issue is with the ‘add account’ & connect with rdp profile/account. I dont fully understand how it all works. Not sure the correct term, but I call it the connect profile (the connect with RDP button/line).
So does every user need its own connect profile to RDP to the same server, or is it possible to setup a general one for everyone to use? If all users are added to the same safe, and they see the same connect profile, does it say if someone is currently using it? If not, what’s best way to set it up? Right now, I can only think of creating each user their own connection profile, using their current AD account. But then, doesn’t that defeat the purpose of using cyberark and its password management?
