Getting error: CASCU052E from Credential Provider

Our application uses CPasswordSDK to retrieve the password from the CyberArk but it is getting the following error:

CASCU052E Failed to receive data (Rc=[10053])

I couldn’t find any document on CASCU052E but I am assuming it’s related the network error (based on code 10053). Can someone explain or send me the document on it, please? or If anyone has experienced it before?
