Cyberark identity returns a server error saying error building claim info

Hi all,
I am seeing an error as ::
{
“error”: “server_error”,
“error_description”: “error building claim info”
}
for the OAuth2/Token/{app_id}
api, using the client_credentials flow,
i am sure that correct creds are being passed as just one of our env’s is facing this issue
i could not find any doc related to this error nor is it documented in the cyberark oauth2.0 documentation.

Any help is appreciated.
