We are using CyberArk Privileged Access Security 12.2.2.56.
We want to store multi-line secrets and retrieve them using Jenkins Conjur Secrets plugin.
Which platform and account type do you recommend we use for the same?

The platform used on the account should be indifferent from process you are looking to do. If you are using the Vault Synchronizer to pull in credentials, and use them in Jenkins, would usually the secret would just be a long unique identifier with the safe name and object name in the variable.
Are you asking about the Conjur Host platform? Or the platforms for the accounts/secrets used in Jenkins (pulled from Conjur)? Which platforms do the accounts normally use?
